Returns & Refunds

You are entitled to withdraw from your purchase or request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To begin a return or exchange, please visit https://returnsportal.shop/vera-wang-eu. Returned items should be sent back as soon as reasonably practicable and no later than 14 days after notifying us. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that personalised items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Gift purchases are eligible for the same returns policy as all other online orders. To process a gift return or exchange, we may need to locate the original transaction using the purchaser’s name, email address or order number. Please contact our Client Services team and we will be delighted to assist. Please note that refunds can only be issued to the original method of payment used by the purchaser.

Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to be completed, depending on your payment provider.

Please ensure all returned items are received in perfect condition, with all original tags, seals, packaging and accessories intact. Shoes should be tried on only on carpeted surfaces, and all branded boxes, dust bags and packaging must be returned as they form part of the product. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Once prepared, simply leave your parcel at your nearest designated drop-off location.

Our standard returns and exchanges policy applies to sale purchases unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Once received, returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Exchange orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for preparation and dispatch. You will receive confirmation by email once processing has been completed. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
