Refund policy

RETURNS 

We hope you are delighted with your Vera Wang purchase. Should you wish to return an item, eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery through our Returns Portal.

Return Conditions 

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned: 

  • Unworn, unused and in their original condition. 

  • With all original tags attached. 

  • With all accompanying packaging, dust bags, authenticity cards and accessories. 

  • Free from marks, damage, fragrances or any signs of wear. 

Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted and may be returned to the sender. 

Return Fees 

Returns are not offered free of charge. 

The following return fees will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed: 

  • United Kingdom: £4.99 

  • Europe: €7.99 

Original delivery charges are non-refundable. 

Refunds 

Once your return has been received and inspected by our warehouse team, you will receive confirmation by email. 

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider. 

Exchanges 
Exchange orders may require an additional 1–2 business days for preparation and dispatch. You will receive confirmation by email once processing has been completed. During peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. 

Faulty or Incorrect Items 

If you believe you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please register your faulty item via the returns portal, or contact Client Services team within 48 hours of delivery. 

We will require photographs of the issue so that our team can assist you as quickly as possible. 

Non-Returnable Items 

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return where indicated at the time of purchase.
