Estimated Delivery Times 

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, product availability and seasonal demand. 

Important Information 

When placing your order, please ensure that your billing and delivery details are entered correctly. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend delivery information or redirect shipments for security reasons. 

Your billing address must match the address associated with your payment method. 

Before dispatching your order, we may need to verify your details with your payment provider. This may occasionally result in a slight delay to shipment. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so that you can follow your parcel’s progress. 

While we endeavour to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery window, Vera Wang cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures, remote delivery locations, adverse weather conditions, carrier disruptions or other circumstances beyond our control. 

A signature may be required upon delivery. Please note that our delivery service is not a named recipient service and any individual present at the delivery address may accept the parcel on your behalf. Vera Wang cannot accept responsibility for orders that have been signed for at the nominated delivery address. 

If delivery cannot be completed, our delivery partner may make multiple delivery attempts or leave instructions for redelivery or collection. Orders that remain unclaimed may be returned to our warehouse, and any associated shipping costs may be deducted from a subsequentrefund. 

All applicable duties and taxes are included in the final purchase price displayed at checkout. No additional charges will be payable upon delivery. 

At this time, gift wrapping and gift packaging services are not available.
