Where can I use my gift card?
Gift cards may only be redeemed on verawang.eu within the country in which they were issued. The currency of a gift card cannot be changed.
How long is my Gift Card valid?
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Full details can be found on the product page and within our Terms of Use. Please note that gift cards cannot be extended, refunded or returned.
What happens to my gift card if I return my order?
If an order is cancelled, the balance will be returned to the original gift card used for payment. For returned orders, a replacement gift card with the same validity period as the original will be issued and sent within your return confirmation email.
