Delivery & Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We aim to process all orders placed before 1pm, Monday to Friday, on the same business day. Please note that our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays. During promotional periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. During holiday periods, please allow an additional 48 hours for your order to be processed and dispatched.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, European Union and Turkey. For all other international destinations, selected Vera Wang products may be available through our authorised partner, Farfetch.

You may ship your order to another country by selecting your preferred delivery destination during checkout. Your billing address may remain registered in a different country. For destinations not currently serviced by verawang.eu, please visit our authorised partner, Farfetch.

To ensure the safe delivery of your purchase, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses or freight forwarding services.

All purchases are insured whilst in transit until delivery has been successfully completed to your chosen address. Certain deliveries may require a signature upon receipt, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to the recipient. Where an alternative recipient has been nominated, their signature will be considered valid proof of delivery.

No. All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Any applicable duties and taxes are calculated and included at checkout, ensuring there are no additional charges upon delivery.
